The Nourished Sovereign is a self-proclaimed, mobile plant tonic bar based on Yuin Country in Moruya on the South Coast of NSW.

We trade every Tuesday at the SAGE Farmers Market and can be found on the weekends around Moruya, as well as doing a number of events in the Eurobodalla shire and beyond.

We’re passionate about supporting local food producers and promoting food security and health sovereignty. We’re keen advocates of conscious consumption with our highly considered, seasonal menu providing you with options which invite you to tune into how you are feeling in your body. We’re promoting a return to seasonal, connected and intentional interactions with our food and our community based on what is happening in the world around us. We can genuinely envision, and are committed to creating a world where people feel happy, healthy, joyful and prosperous in their bodies.

The Nourished Sovereign is born from a remembering and returning to community. We’re all about local food solutions and maximising our experience of this life through being nourished by those around us, making more space for connection and reconnection – with ourselves and our environment.
